1. Attendees signed the attendance sheet.
2. Jake started the meeting with a prayer.
3. The first item discussed was the scheduled PCS Batch 84 Grand Reunion

   When: January 8, 2005

   Time: Whole day affair

   Attendees can come/register earlier (evening of January 7, 2005)
   Attendees can extend overnight (until January 9, 2005)

   Where: 

   • If there are members who can suggest a place that can accommodate all the attendees
   • Ideal place where we can have some sort of a "sportsfest" during the day of January 8 and a    formal affair at night (awards night)

   Theme: No definite theme yet.  Depends on the place where we will have our reunion.

   Budget: Cannot be determined yet since there is no definite venue (yet).

   Plans of Action: * Media campaign to inform other members who are still not in the loop

   Radio - c/o Jake
   TV - c/o Raoul
   Print - no volunteer yet - if there are batchmates who have connections with the print media, please inform us

   • There will be kits given to attendees upon their registration
   • There will be members of the batch who will be given awards
4. The Funds Committee collected the P500.00 Annual Membership Fee.
5. A new set of Board of Trustees was elected and they are as follows:

       We have 10 sections in our batch and each section is duly represented in the board.  Since there are 10 sections (an  even number) and board members should not be even, we have to have an additional member, thus there are 11 Board  of Trustees.  There were no attendees from sections 6 & 10.  Their representative will be elected during the next  General Assembly Meeting.

6. The Board will decide if there is a need to have a new set of officers at the next Board Meeting.
7. The next General Assembly Meeting is tentatively scheduled on Friday, April 23, 2004.
8. Attendees were shown a preview of CD Project by Ogie Cordoviz  (again, thanks so much for your great work! Really  deserves our applause).

We still need materials for the CD Project… (again) we would like to ask for your cooperation by giving us a copy of some of your priced photos.  Something from our high school days and of course something from the present so we can see the before and after.  Any size will do.  In case you have photos that need to be scanned, please bring them during the next General Assembly Meeting but if you have scanned photos already, please send them to any of the following:
