1. Attendees were asked to sign the attendance sheet and fill-up a Member's Information Sheet and a Survey Form upon their arrival.  They were each given their nametags.
2. The meeting was hosted by Marissa Datuin, Raul Policarpio, Jake Reyes and Mae Zorrilla.  It started with a prayer led by Jake Reyes.  Members were asked to introduce themselves and afterwards, Mae partially read her script… reminiscing the past (memorable events, old flames, etc. - see attached file Ang Pagbabalik). 
3. Jake Reyes explained to the attendees that the group should have its own Incorporators, Board of Trustees and Officers who shall have distinct functions.  He also explained to the group that there is urgency in registering the group with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  In this regard, he asked the incorporators to sign the papers to be submitted to SEC.

6. Attendees were asked if they can go online during the meeting of the Group in California on July 19, 2003. One of the Group's agenda will be their request to move the Batch 84 Grand Reunion from December 2004 to January 2005.  Will await final decision of the group.  A consensus through the egroup will be done for this purpose.
7. Marissa informed the attendees that to date, the group's fund is P15,200.00.  The amount came from generous donations of group members.
8. Different fund raising activities were discussed:
   1. Marissa mentioned the proposed CD Project by Mr. Ogie as one of the fund raising activities.  The CD will have the Batch 84's memorabilia and will be sold for a reasonable price.
   2. There was a proposal of having a "tiange" this coming December.
   3. Other projects:  Raffle, Bingo, Movie Premier.
9. The Group will sponsor qualified children of co-members who somehow find it hard to have their children put to school. 
10. The scheduled family day for August has been moved.  There are suggestions to have it some other time.
11. The next meeting will be on Friday, August 15, 2003.  Venue still not confirmed but it will definitely be somewhere in Mandaluyong (offered by Ms. Marissa - will email final venue when confirmed).
