1. Attendees signed the attendance sheet.  First time attendees were asked to fill-up the Information Sheet.  The meeting was presided by President Jake. 
2. Jake announced that the Alumni Homecoming will be on December 6, 2003 at 6:00 p.m.  The General Assembly is encouraged to attend the affair.  There is also a scheduled Family Day in January.
3. The Funds Committee will collect the P500.00 Annual Membership Fee starting January 2004.  If there are generous members who are willing to give more than that, please feel free to do so.
4. A new set of Board of Trustees will be elected during the January 2004 General Assembly Meeting.  There will only be 11 members.  Since there are 10 sections in our batch, each section shall have a representative in the board.  Each section will then elect its own representative. 
5. There was a suggestion of having a permanent venue for the General Assembly Meeting.  It was suggested to have it in Pioneer Highlands in Mandaluyong (venue of the July 18, 2003 General Assembly Meeting).
6. The next General Assembly Meeting will be on Friday, January 23, 2004.
7. A committee will be formed to take charge of the Batch 84 Grand Reunion in January 2005.
8. Attendees were shown a preview of CD Project by Ogie Cordoviz  (Thanks so much for your great work! Really deserves our applause). The sample will also be published to the website (http://pages.ivillage.com/pcs84) for viewing.  We will just announce if the teaser is available for viewing.

To get the CD Project going, we would like to ask for your cooperation in giving us a copy of some of your priced photos.  Something from our high school days and of course something from the present so we can see the before and after.  Any size will do.  In case you have photos that need to be scanned, please bring them during the next General Assembly Meeting but if you have scanned photos already, please send them to any of the following:

We would like to extend our thanks to the 4th Quarter Birthday Celebrators … Dang, Rowie, Merle and Jake who were generous enough to provide for the food & drinks and Happy Birthday!

… thanks to the members who made it to the meeting even though it was quite a challenge due to "Weng", "bonus day" and all others.  We even had a member who came straight from the airport (Czar).  It was also good to see new faces (Churit & Joy) and hope that there will be new faces in the next meeting to come.
